Terms and Conditions – RM900 Package with RM160 Cashback
- 1. Prices are subject to 8% SST.
- 2. This promotion is valid from September 1st – 30th, 2026, at all Qi Odyssey outlets.
- 3. Every new Package signup or existing Package top-up of RM900 is eligible to receive RM160 cashback to be credited into their account.
- 4. This promotional package is valid for redemption at all outlets for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extension is strictly not allowed.
- 5. Other Package terms and conditions apply.
- 6. Only one (1) cashless payment is accepted in a single transaction, unless combined with Cash Voucher.
- 7. This promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or items, and not stackable with vouchers or promotions.
- 8. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for new setup of the account and update or recovery of password.
- 9. Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of own account and password. If there has been an unauthorised transaction performed, member is required to notify Qi Odyssey immediately.
- 10. Qi Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the terms.
- 11. Qi Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.
- 12. Customers are encouraged to reserve by calling outlet. A 10-min grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the reserved slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
- 13. Qi Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the above terms.
